Fall Yoga Retreat in Napa

 Join Leslie for a weekend of yoga and relaxation.  Students will have the opportunity to deepen their practice through philosophy discussions and extended asana instruction.  Leslie will lead the asana classes.  Leslie will facilitate discussions about Hinduism and the Yoga Sutras.

 

Participants will enjoy the beauty of Four Springs, Four Springs is approximately 85 miles from San Francisco, just north of the Napa valley near Middletown, CA..  The ranch offers gourmet meals, redwood cabins, pool and hot tub. Check out http://www.foursprings.org/

The retreat begins on Friday evening and concludes on Sunday afternoon.  The price is $440 for meals,
